Below-grade renovation of a Chicago skyscraper: new parking garage, loading dock, and CMU partitions from basement to third floor.
Like many skyscrapers in Chicago, Wolf Point East carries an underground parking garage and utility storage rooms. The renovation features a new parking garage and loading dock below, with new CMU partitions running from the basement to the second floor and behind stone-clad piers to the third floor. Along with the new partitions, demolition and patch work at various openings in the lower levels was completed. The job was executed with precision and efficiency to ensure a finished product that will last.
