Pointe 1900 on State

Two colors of brick, curved masonry detail, and stone-framed storefronts — built in two phases over four years.

1900 South State Street, on the corner of State and Archer, is home to the popular Pointe apartment complex. Beyond the size of the structure and the masonry that wraps it, many features make this building unique: the transitions between two colors of brick, the stone features around the storefront windows and window openings, and the precision of the curvature in the masonry. The project was completed in two phases over a four-year period. Since completion in 2008, the building has maintained its moisture control, structural integrity, and façade detail.
